New Chinese policy condamner unlicensed minerals businesses
China will be implementing a new policy to condamner all business operations without licences by 1 October, the State Council said on 5 September. And the Chinese government plans to condamner businesses operating without licences,a move which could hit many small-scale industrial minerals producers without the legal paperwork.
This regulation will replace the previous policy set in 2003。This policy will eliminate many small-scale condamner producers, and result in the shortage of bauxite raw material.
