Domestic bauxite material homogenization process has developed rapidly in recent years , some large bauxite enterprise are introduced below .

 

1 ) Yangquan bauxite ore use semi-dry production process. The material has wet ground surface area, lower calcination temperature 30 ~ 50 ℃ than the dry method , high bulk density 0.1 to 0.2 , a small wet dust pollution in the production process , good working conditions , it is difficult for other processes . The inadequacies of  wet process is a long process line, larger amount of water , heat consumption , the production cost is slightly higher than the dry method . The wet products of high quality , high sales price and high ultimately which make up the deficiencies.

 

Above all , chemical composition of the raw material processing has not changed ,  the dry mill to iron hard , wet to iron . Using high grade raw materials and low-grade ore to scheduled homogenized material composition , a large number of low-grade bauxite and crushing can be fully utilized , greatly improving resource utilization,making product variety , improving the high-alumina clinker quality bauxite , it has broad application prospects , also has important practical significance in today’s scarce resources . Some domestic production of high- grade bauxite individual homogenized material and alumina bauxite has obvious economic benefits as high quality .
