Chinese provincial governments are enacting plans to cut mineral production to meet Beijing’s demands for air pollution controls over the winter months.

Environmental protection policies are getting stricter in China after the country’s Ministry of Environmental Protection announced it will strengthen air pollution controls during the autumn and winter months of 2017 and 2018 in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and nearby provinces, to deal with the heavily polluted air， especially  the coal-powered heating problem, so some factory be forced to closed.
