The provincial government of Shanxi has just published its Off-peak Operation Plan for Industrial Producers in the 2017~2018 Winter Season . The time frame set for off-peak production is from 15th November 2017 to 15th March 2018. 

According to the plan, all bauxite factory are to cut production by in excess of 30% by amount of electrolytic cells in the 6 corridor cities of Shanxi.

And a total of 110 ktpy of Bauxite capacity will be curtailed according to the off-peak operation plan during winter.
