Ceramic Foundry Sand
Ceramic foundry sand, also called Ceramsite, Green Beads, Green Sand, Ceramic Beads, Spherical Beads,and Cerabeads. It is made by fusing, spraying, sieving and purifying high Alumina Calcined Bauxite. The spherical shape produces high density material with excellent flow characteristics. The main chemical composition is Al2O3 which provides an excellent refractoriness and stability. being considered as a direct replacement for Chrome and Zircon casting grade Sands. Available in a variety of AFS sizes.

Application
Widely used in foundry industries as follows purpose
1. Resin coated sand
2. Base sand for cold box

Standard exporting package for sea transportation or air delivery
