Bauxite is made of Silica, iron oxide, titanium dioxide, aluminosilicate and other components, accompany with other impurities and a small or trace components. The main categories of existing bauxite is gibbsite , the polymorphs boehmite and diaspore, which are mainly used for abrasive, cement, chemical, metallurgy, refractories and other industries. Most (about 85%) of the bauxite is prepared by Bayer alumina leaching. Then, Alumina is prepare to pure aluminum ingots by electrolytic reduction, or to synthesize Na3AlF6.
